A note for our EU customers

We are heartbroken to share that due to the introduction of new EU tariffs, we are no longer able to sustain shipping products from the UK to the EU in a way that is fair or affordable for you. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, in fact it is one we have tried hard to avoid. Our EU community means the world to us, and we are deeply grateful for every one of you who has crafted alongside us over the years.

From Tuesday 31st March 2026, we will no longer be able to ship to EU customers or accept orders from the EU. Our website will not be accessible to EU visitors, and you will not be able to purchase directly from us after this date.

What this means for you:

• Any orders placed before Monday 30th March at 11:59pm BST will be fulfilled and shipped to you as soon as possible.
• After this date, you will no longer be able to access the EU website or your account history. If you need any information from your account, such as order history, or digital downloads, we'd encourage you to save anything important before that date.
• If you need any support - whether that's order information or anything else - our friendly customer service team is here to help. Simply reach out and they'll be happy to assist.

The good news:

We are working closely with a trusted wholesale partner based in the EU to make sure the products you know and love remain available to you via their websites. We'll share more details on this soon.
