Club Inspire Terms and Conditions
Shipping: Where shipping benefit shows ‘priority shipping’, orders will be dispatched on a date basis, before orders from non-members of Club Inspire.
Platinum/Gold members’ courier delivery will be sent on a next working-day service where possible (orders to some areas of the UK, including specific postcode areas including Northern Ireland, The Highlands and the Channel Islands will be sent on a two-day service). In periods where there are a high volume of orders, packages may not be shipped on a next working-day basis, although your order will be prioritised. Free courier delivery applies only to orders where all items are in stock. Orders of a value less than £25 will be sent with 2nd class Royal Mail.
Pearl/Bronze/Silver members’ delivery will be by Royal Mail 2nd class.
Points reset: On or after 1st January each year, all Loyalty Point totals will be re-set to zero. If you did not obtain enough points during the previous calendar year to maintain your previous membership level, you will be moved down one level.
