Trade Support Administration Assistant
Prioritising of workload to meet business needs daily, ensuring that customer orders and enquiries are processed to tight deadlines. Employing good time management skills, whilst liaising with the Trade Support Team and other departments ensuring customer telephone enquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
Social Media Marketing Executive
The primary function of this role is to support Crafter’s Companion social media activity with marketing & social media communications. The role works across channels but is focused on social media, engagement with customers, and team support activities. The role reports to the Global Social Media Manager. You will also be responsible for developing and growing our outreach & engagement online program, building relationships with customers and increasing brand awareness across channels. You will work closely with other members of the marketing and website teams to support and create engaging cross-platform marketing campaigns using text, image and video content. The role also requires ongoing research into new forms of content production and delivery, to keep Crafter’s Companion’s social media output at the forefront of the craft industry.
As a Trading Executive, you will be reporting into the Ecommerce Trading Manager and working alongside a fellow Trading Executive. You will predominantly be responsible for identifying and communicating suitable product to use in promotions for our .co.uk, .com and .eu websites, as well as our Crafter’s TV live shows.
Sample Library and Studio Coordinator
As a Sample Library and Studio Co-Ordinator, you will be reporting into the Production Manager and
working alongside the rest of the TV Production Team. You will be ensuring sample co-ordination and
finished card samples are tidy and airworthy including both paper craft and soft craft samples. Ensure that
samples are available for all internal matters through effective communication with the Live Stream Team,
TV Team and Photography team, plus any samples that need to be sent to Create and Craft America for
HSN and Germany for QVC and Crafter’s TV. Ensure there is an up to date log of where each sample is and
with who. Maintain and run the library keeping it in order and tidy.
Soft Crafts Project Co-ordinator
The primary function of this role is to contribute to the delivery of materials in relation to successfully marketing our new soft crafts products as they launch across a variety of distribution channels, including shopping television, trade, e-commerce and our retail stores. The role is carried out in support the soft crafts department, reporting directly to the Brand Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the planning and delivery of accurate soft crafts product and marketing-related content to a range of audiences on a global level to educate, inform, promote and inspire. To achieve this, you’ll work closely with members of the marketing and soft crafts departments to support and create engaging content through text, finished projects, images/photography and video content.
