EU Orders Over €150
Due to Brexit, we’re experiencing some temporary shipping restrictions. This means that orders with a value of €150 or more cannot currently be sent to Europe.
We’re working hard to resolve this situation, and are in contact with our courier partners to get everything back to normal in the next few weeks.
In the meantime don’t worry European crafters, you can still order as many crafting products as you like by breaking down large orders into a number of smaller orders. Remember, no single order can total €150 or more.
We know this isn’t ideal and apologise for the inconvenience caused, we are making every effort to solve this problem as quickly as we can.

We are currently unable to send any aerosols (including our sprays) to the US, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Malta and Iceland.
Duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Crafter’s Companion does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
Important notice: In periods of high order volume, orders may not be able to be shipped on a next working day basis, although every effort will be made to do so.
In the event that we are unable to fulfil any items from our clearance section a refund will be issued but no notification email will be sent.
